The 2026 Heritage Fest is coming on Saturday, July 25th, from 2 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Masjid Bilal on Chimborazo & Marshall streets. The theme is One World One Humanity. Dare to take a dive into the Summer CTE Exploration program open to all RPS 9th & 10th Graders at the Richmond Technical Center from June 8th to June 22nd, from Monday to Thursday, 8:15 am- 3:45 pm. The programs offered include: cosmetology, nail tech, barbering, automotive, pharmacy, vet science, culinary, baking & pastry. There will be fun, hands-on, interactive learning experiences.
The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Upsilon Omega Chapter, in collaboration with Zenobia's Promise Foundation, is initiating the 2026 Debutante Project: A Midwinter Night's Dream. Join! This is open to Fall 2026 High School Juniors & Seniors. Register for a virtual information session using this link. The virtual information sessions are scheduled for April 18th, May 16th, and June 13th, 2026. In-person orientation will be held on June 27, 2026.
